Sensitive personal data are those that affect the most intimate sphere of its owner, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or a serious risk for it.

For the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, sensitive personal data will not be requested.

Purposes

On the occasion of the commercial relationship that could be sustained with the company or, of the one that already exists with you as a Client or Supplier, personal data may be collected for the following purposes:

An action that will not cease the legal relationship that is sustained or could be sustained with our company. It is important to consider that you will have a period of 5 (five) business days from the moment you have knowledge of this Privacy Policy, to inform us of your disagreement with it. If this refusal is not manifested within the stipulated period, it will be understood that you have given your consent for the processing of your personal data for the aforementioned purposes.

  • I do not consent my personal, patrimonial or financial data to be treated in the terms established in this Privacy Policy.

 

Options and Means to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Personal Data

In case you wish to limit all or part of the personal data provided to our company, you can do so free of charge, using the format referred to in the next immediate point.

  1. You must send an email to the address ( privacy@solutum.com.mx ), with the following subject: "Limitation of Use or Disclosure". In the message, you must include your full name, address, and a phone number where you can be reached. The above in order to send you the respective application form.

  2. You must send, along with the duly filled form, a copy of your official identification with a valid photograph. In case of being a proxy for the holder, a copy of the public deed or power of attorney that states the capability to act on behalf of the owner, with the signature of two witnesses, must be presented. (The original of said documents may be required for comparison at the time of submitting the response and making it effective).

  3. The Privacy Officer will have 15 (fifteen) business days, since the response to the request has been communicated, to make it effective, and inform the owner about it.

  4. If the limitation proceeds, you will be included in the exclusion list of Solutum de México S de RL de CV and your personal data will not be used for the stipulated purposes, unless you request it in writing.

 

Your request must contain at least the following information, using the respective format:

  1. Name, address, means of contacting you (email and telephone number)
